We are open 51 weeks of the year, we open Tuesday-Friday 9.15-5.30PM, Saturday 9.15-5pm and Sundays 9.30-4.30PM

We can have children from new born to 10 years of age.

We are a capacity based setting, therefore, if you can no longer attend, there will be no refunds.

We ask that children wear comfy clothing, preferably long sleeved to prevent any friction burns. Children must wear socks at all times whilst in the soft play.

Children's shoes must be left with a responsible adult. We also have a shoe box against the wall when entering the soft play.

Absolutely, but we do ask that you only take photos/ videos of your own children and avoid other children being in the photos/ videos.

Yes, we do. We also have a disabled toilet.

We recommend that you do book in advance, to avoid any disappointment on the day. Sadly, if fully booked, we cannot grant you access.

Unfortunately not. The only food and drink allowed, is food and drink bought from our café.

All children must be with a responsible adult, the children in your care are your responsibility whilst at the soft play.

We have 30 minute gaps between sessions, this is to ensure the soft play is cleaned, as well as floors, tables and chairs and all toilets are cleaned ready for the next session. We also close on a Monday to have a deep clean.
